A thought I had this morning and have had often is just how much time I spend thinking about how I can do better, what I need to do, why am I like this and HOW MUCH TIME I spend thinking about all these things. I’ve felt rage and grief. And have wanted to escape my life like 10 times already today. I’m dysregulated from little sleep and not being able to tend to myself like I want to…. Or finding reasons why I can’t… anyway, reading your words I started to feel every contracted muscle start to loosen and relax. Calm closed over me. I needed every single word.
wow, hi danielle! i am a relative to this familial feeling of thinking about how much i think. there is such a deep bow to be had when i receive words like this. im never not amazed at how a string of letters can connect us from different parts of the world. feeling this warmth today x
